FindeskCo is an Australian fintech software company that builds investment portal technology for financial advisory firms. Our platform gives clients and advisers professional-grade tools — portfolio visibility, options analytics, market intelligence, and AI-assisted workflow — in one secure platform. We are the software builder; the firms using our platform are the financial services providers.
No. FindeskCo is an investment portal — not a trading or execution platform. The portal provides portfolio visibility, risk analytics, market tools, and adviser workflow support. Any trade execution happens through the client's existing broker or trading platform, separately from FindeskCo.
No. FindeskCo does not offer trade execution. The platform is focused on portfolio visibility, analytics, and adviser tools — not order placement. Trading is done through your broker separately.
No. FindeskCo is a technology platform and does not provide personal financial advice. The information available through the platform is general in nature. Personal financial advice, where it is provided, is provided by the licensed financial adviser using the FindeskCo platform — not by FindeskCo itself.
Clients can view their portfolio holdings, equity positions, option positions, overnight global markets, short interest data, a returns calculator, and an economic calendar. Clients see their own portfolio data only — no other clients' information is accessible.
Advisers can view portfolio data for all clients assigned to them — including holdings, trade history, CMA balances, dividend history, client movers, and full-book movement views. Advisers also have access to AI-assisted workflow tools for client notes, follow-up tasks, and compliance records.
FindeskCo's options module includes: open option positions with Greeks, margin exposure and utilisation, implied volatility per strike, open interest data, and book-wide risk visibility for advisers. The options analytics are built in-house on proprietary ASX data — not sourced from a generic third-party feed.
AI tools in FindeskCo are designed to assist advisers with their workflow — not to replace adviser judgement or provide financial advice. AI tools help advisers retrieve portfolio information, draft client notes, structure workflow records, and answer questions about a client's specific portfolio. AI tools do not make investment recommendations and are not a robo-adviser.
FindeskCo uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, secure authentication, and audit logging. Client data is accessible only to the client themselves and the adviser assigned to that client. For more detail, see our Security page and Privacy Policy.
To request account deletion, email [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your full name and registered email address. We will process your request and confirm deletion. For full details, see our App Support page.
